upgrade ****- no black friday deal.

i was never contacted within 24 hours, i was never contacted at all and its a month later.

i upgraded to a reduced package in November at R699 pm and didnt take a new phone, i kept my old handset.

now you are charging me R1134 per month for my line, which includes a handset fee for a handset that i didnt even receive!!!!! we are now in January and i am still paying more than i am supposed to.

all they do is lie and cheat. there is no deal, they just continue to charge you the same old price. don't trust their black november deals either it's a ****.

what the actual **** is wrong with vodacom????
