Upgrade sales calls on a discontinued number.

I keep getting a sales calls from Vodacom to upgrade a number that I have asked to be discontinued during my last upgrade in store. It is now 8 months of calling and during every "recorded" call I state that I want to have the number removed and I keep getting ignored and called for new upgrades on this number.
