Upgrade reversal

<p>On the 11th of September I was dew for an upgrade. I spoke to an vodacom agent to upgrade from a cellphone to a laptop. The upgrade was done telephonically and the laptop was delivered to my home address. I requested a HP i5, but a Celerom Processor was received. I contacted Vodacom on the same day as delivery the 13th of September. The courier company collected the laptop on the 15th of Septermber. I contacted Vodacom again and was advised that I have to wait for approximately 14 days. On the 21 I contacted Vodacom and was advised that the laptop was received and a urgent e'mail will be send to reverse the transaction and that I could go to a retail store to collect a new laptop. When the lady contacted vodacom she was told that the transaction was not reversed. I had to contact Vodacom myself and was told that the system shows that I can only get a new laptop on the 30 th of September. When I contacted Vodacom today the 30th the transaction was still not reversed and the lady said that she will send in a request again. This is been going on for almost a month and I urgently need the laptop for my child for college. </p>
