Upgrade received with incorrect SIM

I just received my Upgrade, a Samsung S7, and was sent a Duo SIM. The device takes a Nano SIM. I phoned customer care and aftersales and cancellations and upgrades and not a single person can assist me. The ever always our system is offline message. on the Upgrades number I Actually got hung up on 3 times. Thanks Vodacom for delivering me a nice new ornament. Nothing as frustrating than not being able to use your new phone. How can people that work with phones as a business not know which SIM goes in which device? Poor Vodacom. Very poor!

Reviewer Update

So Vodacom phoned and apologised profusely, then said to compensate me for the unfortunate incident they will give me a 2Gb data bundle, which would activate in 5 minutes. That was at 13:00 yesterday. I am still waiting. Apparently Vodacom has a really hard time with doing what they say they will.

With the exception of Hope at Upgrades . I spoke to him yesterday morning and he sorted my problem in 1 phone call and not even transferring me once. I should hopefully receive my sim soon.
