Upgrade proceesed but i cancelled the order

<p>I don’t know what’s going on with Vodacom, last time I struggled to cancel my contract, after I complained they end up doing but cancel the wrong number I decided to let it go.</p> <p>Now I phone for upgrade only data no new device is needed, but I was told they will need ID and proof of address for RICA then I said no thanks cancel the upgrade online, to my surprise I receive email from Ram with my package luckily they return in back.</p> <p>So I went to Vodacom shop my phone number got upgrade in progress which I did not authorize, can you please correct this mess. </p> <p> </p>
