Upgrade problems

<p>I specifically left MTN 2 years ago to join the Vodacom network, and this is the first time I have to do an upgrade with you. WHAT A MESS!!!<br />I have been trying to upgrade since 8 May, but your online upgrade facility let me down and even more so, the people at your customer care centre!!<br />You DID NOT deliver my new phone, just a SIM card. Your call centre advised me to go to a store and do my upgrade there, which I did. Then only to learn yesterday<br />that a store clerk can't cancel my online order. SO now you have extended my contract with 24 months!! You are quick to charge me BUT YOU do not deliver!<br />I have no new phone, not the Samsung gear I ordered, or the new plan I want to be on!!<br />I have spoken to various people at your online department and at the call centre and at the store, and you all have different answers and different stories to tell me!!<br />3 weeks later and I am no closer to just do simple upgrade!! BUT you extended my contract!! WHY?!<br />I was a much happier customer when I was with MTN and by the looks of it, I should have stayed with them, because you are clearly not interested in assisting your customers!</p>
