upgrade problem

I want to upgrade and they told me first I can't because they make me a rehab client, after many hours and phone calls and visits to the vodashop they remove that status but still make me to pay cash for the cellphone and I can get die contract!!! It is unacceptable!! I struggle now for more than 3 weeks and no one seems to care of to help me!!! Ons lady told me to phone ITC to check if my name is clear!!!!!! I bought this week a vechile for more than R300 000, how on earth would the bank give me such a big loan if I was listed on ITC!!! Vodacom must wake up, the survice you get is rediculious!!!!
