upgrade phone not working... i want another phone

Hi there,<br> I upgraded my phone in June and got a Blackberry Z3 which since day one has not worked properly. There is huge delay in answering and dailling as well as connecting. I called the call centre and they said nothing is wrong. I went to vodacom and hey said nothing is wrong. <br> Im nou sick of this and want another new phone without any additional costs
