upgrade phone ****

I received a Blackberry Z10 as an upgrade and have had only problems with it from day one. I have been to Vodacom repair centre twice and the phone has gone in for repairs. <br> The phone is still giving me problems and frankly I now insist on receiving a new phone. <br> Every time i get pacified by an agent and no more.<br> <br> I insist on receiving a new phone with the same features and same benefits as per my contract. <br> I am not interested in taking the phone back for repairs again. Every time I loose all my photos, and info. I have to pay for hem to transfer info and it is my time and money.<br> <br> Sort it out no excuses!<br> <br> I do not want an iPhone... replacement a samsung or sony experia.
