Upgrade Package changed without informing me

In August i was due for upgrade, i went online, saw a package i liked and upgraded on it. The package was SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 BLACK LTE WITH FREE GALAXY GEAR 1 IN WHITE ROSE GOLD AND TOP DOG VOUCHER and i was told it's out of stock and it will be on back order for me, On the 11 August I went online just to change from uChoose smart that only give me R200 airtime the the one that gives me airtime, data and sms with the same device S5 with the free stuff. On the 9 August 2015 the phone was delivered to me at work, on opening the package i found the phone and voucher and no gear, i then contacted vodacom online addressed my problem to a consultant online by the name of Kyle, i told her i didn't find the gear in the box and she said the gear was discontinued, i said the reason i took out that package it's because i wanted the gear as well and she changed her story to the package i chose had no gear, i told her i have a screenshot of the deal, i asked her for an email to send her the shot and she gave me Navashni email, then Olwethu phones me and very rude on the 10 August that she'll arrange for the phone to be collected then i'll have to re-apply. I only want the gear as the deal said.
