Upgrade order not collected as requested
Im so disappointed in Vodacom. I received my upgrade order on the 6th October 2021, On the 11th I requested that the order be collected as I was not pleased with the product. I sent an email to *** to request a collection. A service desk agent asked me for my address and contact number which I provided, but since then no one has called, I have called multiple deparments and no one has still collected these phones. 14 working days is almost up, I WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE PHONES BECAUSE I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR A COLLECTION. I WILL ALSO NOT UPGRADE ANY FURTHER, I AM DONE WITH VODACOM! GET RAM TO COLLECT THESE PHONES AND WE WILL BE DONE.
