Upgrade Offer from Hell
Been a vodacom client for a very long time. on a 24month Contract with them for Years. so my contract is up for Renewal and i wanted to take a S25 with Galaxy 7 40mm watch.
I went online and searched for Deals available based on my profile.
1 which i saw i liked was R898 for 36Months. only thing i hated about it was for 36months.
So i opened the offer and changed to "Upgrade" and i changed the term to 24months. the Offer came to R1168
so i proceeded to add to cart and the system tells me " based on your profile, the offer is not available to you. Browse other offers"
how is this the case when i searched based on my profile what offers there are? and you show me what is avaialble only to Change your mind. LOL
I Started Chat with online agent and he called me back. he tells me the offer i done is not available for me. the only offer that is available for this S25 with G7 Watch is R1600 for 36Months. HOW THE HELL DO YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME SO MUCH AND THEN EXTEND MY TERM TO 36MONTHS!!!!!
very disapointed with Vodacom as upgrading was never an issue in the past. But looks like you trying to ***** me over by overCharging me and then Still extending my term
NOT COOL! i Currently pay about R1000+- for my existing S23 so i guess with the above cost for S25, the contract is no longer economical to keep. Looks like its best to just cancel it

1 will be done next month
and the other will be done in July once the Device Expires.
