Upgrade offer

I've received a call from Vodacom today from ********** . I could unfortunately not remember the lady's name whom I spoke to. She offered me upgrade deals on 3 of my existing numbers.

She **** to me regarding the current monthly subscriptions, which I believe she was hoping to score a deal of some sort (maybe commission) if her offer sounds much more attractive money wise. The reason I know she ****, is because I have family owning a Vodacom dealership, they checked for me and what she told me is not the truth.

Then the moment I told her I'm not interested, I cannot afford it and I wish to cancel these lines instead of upgrading them, she was very unfriendly and then just hung up the phone without greeting.

It is highly unprofessional to treat customers this way. I've been a Vodacom subscriber for the past 17 years and never once was I treated the way I was today.

Please update your system with the following: I don't want any call centre agents to contact me ever again! I will take my business elsewhere where I'm respected even if I'm not interested in any offers.
