Upgrade of contract not complete

On the 9th/10th November I called Vodacom and did an upgrade of my new contract. I spoke to the consultant and asked what delay were available with the Samsung S7 with the Red VIP contract. I was told I could get the phone with the Samsung tablet. I agreed and went through the process of the upgrade. A little while later the same lady called me back to say the deal had been dispatched and that there was an error and they had not sent the tablet and could I refuse the delivery when it arrives with me. At the time my old phone was barely working and I asked her if there was not another way to sort this out because I urgently needed the phone. She said she would sort it out. 3rd call later from the sales person was to confirm that she had sorted it out and that I could accept the phone and that the tablet would be sent later. 2 weeks later on still don't have the tablet and NUMEROUS CALLS to various numbers at VODACOM has proved to be an IMPOSSIBLE task to find out which department should be assisting me in sorting out this matter. I have spent HOURS on the phone listening to the call prompts and vodacom music only to be told by another person that I was at the wrong department. I have explained the problem over 20 times. I have asked to speak to Manager and the phone gets put down on me or my call is diverted to another number. I've had the call put down on me because the person is not prepared to listed to a frustrated client who gets the same story every new number I call. I have tried going on line and requesting a call back but then I get an error message sent to me to try again. I have sent a message on your Facebook page. I have absolutely no idea what else to do. I have 3 cell contracts with Vodacom and will cancel all 3 and return all 3 phones to your offices due to this. I await your response.
