Upgrade not implemented
Upgrade my contract in February however to date the effects haven't been implemented due to a ***** that I reported before upgrading, Called in today and spoke to Immanuel who told me he can't assist me as I asked I'm now being billed twice

15 Jul 2025, 10:03Vodacom is playing games with me, my contract ended 18 July 2025 and they still continue to debit now when I call them, I’m being told that there’s ***** alert and that to cancel it I must go to the shop, to which one because the entire contract was created online, even the ***** alert was created online 4 months ago and there’s no update
