Upgrade not done

On Monday 22 February 16 I went to Vodacomshopin Heidelbergmall to upgrade my phone and contract. Took a contract where you get two devices. They had a systum problem and had to go back on Wednesday. Wednesday they where offline. Went back on Saterday where they start to process my contrat but could not get the devices becuase there headoffice had to process it further and was ask to come back on Sunday. Come Sunday now devices only to be ask to come back on Wednesday. Wednesday still nothing processed. when I complain to then thye handed me the devices and told me that the simcards will work in 2-3 hour. It is already Friday and still nothing
