Upgrade not delivered

Vodacom agent called me on my ********** 056 number for an upgrade on my modem no. ********** 314 about three or more months ago, and they told me that they will deliver a tablet for my upgrade, i agreed to the Ts & Cs. I told them that when delivering the tablet they must tell their courier guys to call me on the number that vodacom called me on, and i emphasized that they should call me on ********** 056 when they come and deliver because the upgrade number is only for data its on the modem. The second agent called me again 3 weeks later and i told him the very same thing. Pity i did not write the reference down. Till today im still waiting for the Tablet. Am i going to get the upgrade or not or should i just forget?
