05 Jan 2021, 12:22Hi Vodacom, I would really like a call in connection with the shocking service recived from the Vodacom the Marc in Sandton. Tumi the lady that helped us was not very interested at all. She then said to my wife she won't be able to afford the change of ownership. Really who is she to say this? I asked for a branch manger apparently he is not working. She said this is a Vodacom direct store and this is the level of sevic recived. No wonder you have so many complaints online. Really disappointed and shocked by the level of professionalism showed at this store. Not one customer in the store both consultants doing there own thing. Really uninterested in helping a customer.
