Upgrade NOT as discussed

I did an online upgrade with a lot of problems. Today the upgrade kicks in WITHOUT the agreed upon 1 gb data, WITHOUT AGREED upon sms'ses.

In fact, I have not used my phone other than call 111 and *111# , and R1.00 has gone off my balance!!
