Upgrade - Nokia 1320

the deal for the nokia 1320 for R99 (U choose flex 150) was advertised as valid until the 7 Aug 2015. When I called today to upgrade I first told that the offer has been removed and is only available at R110 and R199 / month. Upon quering the expiry date I was then told that the phone is out of stock with no indication on when stock will arrive. I was then told that I can upgrade to the original offer but will have to wait for stock to arrive. This does not make sense. really strange!!! Ok, if the phone is out of stock indefinately, surely a suitable replacement can be made for me? I recently signed a third Vodacom contract at Game and since they were out of stock of telefunken tablets they replaced them with a similar type. Can't Vodacom do the same?
