Upgrade Nightmares!

I app**** for a Blue Coral Samsung s7 Edge with Tablet on the 12th Jan, online so I could save admin fees. A consultant phoned and said there were none left in coral blue, and I agreed to a Rose Gold phone at an extra R100 per month...total bill R699 per month. Received the phone, and in the box was an invoice for R1993.41. After spending approx 3 hours on the phone to try and find out what this invoice was for, and eventually phoning cancellations I somehow got through to Kelly in online sales who told me that they would take the rose gold phone back, credit my account with the R1993.41 as well as another random invoice that was incorrectly billed for R73.77 and send me a Blue Coral handset at the cost of R599 per month. The phone arrived 2 days ago. On the 6th our account was debited for R73.77. Today our account was debited for an amount of R861.... I was charged the admin fee that was supposed to have NOT been charged because I did my upgrade online. My invoice for February reflects ANOTHER bill for admin fees - so I am going to be double charged? The tablet does not connect to the internet. Despite 5 calls to the call centre and a visit to a Vodacom store it just does not work. I spent R480 on a screen protector and a cover. Last night I had to physically go into a Vodacom store to get a nano sim card at a cost of R66.00 , because one was not provided. I want Vodacom to refund me the R1484 I have wasted, come and collect the phone and the non-working tablet, and get out of my life. Not only that, since I upgraded, I am constantly been bombarded with spam calls. Clearly Vodacom does not respect the POPI act. I have been trying all day to cancel, the number just does not get answered. I know I have 14 days to cancel the upgrade and I am really done now. Clearly you have to kiss butt to be a Vodacom customer and receive any kind of decent service. I am going to MTN.
