Upgrade Nightmare!!!!!!!!

In Feb 2021 i was due for a mobile upgrade i called the called the call center and i was advised the phone i wanted was out of stock ill have to wait two weeks which i was happy to do not knowing its a begging of a nightmare .On 19 Feb i received my phone with a new sim card etc as i was leaving for a weekend away.On my return on Sunday 20 FEB 2021 i was excited to use my phone only to realize the phone was not reading my old sim or the new sim.

I called the call center to advise i was told to wait 4hrs for the sim to be activated ,After 4hrs i called again to advise sim card still not working.I was then advised to take the phone to Vodacom Greenstone to have it checked out and they will take the phone if it has a problem.Monday 21 Feb drove to Vodacom only to be told the phone has a problem they cant take it i was advised wrong by the agent,i must call the call center to arrange for the phone to be collected.I called the call center to arrange for the phone to be collected.I was advised Ram Courier will collect the phone within 14days working days.Today its 30 Mar 2021 and i still waiting for the phone to be collected.After numerous calls to your call center being promised the phone will be collected im still waiting.

So many escalations have been done still nothing.A supervisor was suppose to call me im still waiting .After numerous calls requesting a call reference number i was eventually given one after being told vodcom does not issue call reference numbers.The reference number i was given ***.The level of service i have received from Vodcom is appalling.Im paying for a phone that is not even working and waiting a full month and days for RAM to collect a phone to my house.I even volunteered to drop of the phone myself and i was told i cant do that!!!!!
