Upgrade nightmare.
Good day. Why are you FORCING me to leave my home and go into public just to upgrade my contract in your dreadful, overcrowded, hot-as-hell stores? I feel you are discriminating against me as a 51yo housebound bedridden recluse forcing me to go out in public just for an upgrade you're now forcing down my throat. I don't do phone calls and have firewalls enforcing it. Do you not understand social disorders or is Vodacom/ Tobi-AI too inadequate?
You are irritating my Husband, who pays the bills and works far out. He has given you permission a million times to deal with me directly since I am the sole user of the phones and simcards. My Husband isn't technically inclined and do not understand my requirements. I had a pay-as-you-go/top-up 110GB contract for R389p/m, which you brought to an end for some pitiful probably greedy reason. Just match it.
Simply send me your data offers between 120-200GB per month and let's call it a day. It's simple:
1. You email/Telegram me your data offers between 120-200GB, and I make my pick for the new data contract. 2. You can confirm it with him if that will settle your nerves.
And boom, bob's your uncle - the upgrades are done! It's not rocket science.
Added requests: -Also send me smaller than 100GB data-only contract offers for my other two numbers as well. Thanking you in advance. -Please make a note on your system that my Husband gives you permission to deal with me directly, since it's MY phones; MY simcards; MY requirements for said devices. In no world does it make sense to ask ABC, what XYZ wants. Only I can tell you what I want.
Suggestion: the upgrade function on your app does not work right (I can elaborate should you be interested). Your app is very good but needs to create space for us housebound, terminally, bedridden recluses, who cannot go about. Even housewives have the same problems with Vodacon because they don't receive incomes yet remains the decision-makers. Let the user of your product make their choice and then you run it past the bill-payer. Seems simple enough, right.
