upgrade nightmare and always a problem completing a task

i recently upgraded online via vodacom. This service is supposed to be much more effective and easy and quick. Two days later i logged into my vodacom app to see that no upgrade have been processed. Contacted upgrades and then they give you a run around that order not confirmed. i say lets confirm and then agent cannot do this function.. what is the point of an upgrade call centre if they cannot assist with an upgrade?

So now. i still have no upgrade confirmed and i am still without a phone... Talk about shooting yourself in the foot and reducing new business
