Upgrade Nightmare

Called in to upgrade my contract on the 29th Nov, spoke to Pearl (a guy from retentions), agreed on upgrade to a P30 lite pea**** blue (was told phone is in stock)and my new contract benefits will be active from the 1st December 2019- R334, with 175 airtime and 5 gigs data and device will be received in 5-7 working days. On Saturday 30 Nov @ 17:40 received SMS to say I must confirm contract details for phone to be dispatched but the device colour was black and contract amount R299, I did not respond to the SMS and received another SMS a few minutes later to say my order has been received and will be dispatched soon. On 1st December I called the call centre to enquire what device is been dispatched and I was told a midnight black P30 lite and my contract is for R299 consisting of only R175 airtime and no data, contract will also be active from 1st January 2020. When I asked the call centre agent how can the guy who did my upgrade tell me the phone is in stock she said she doesn't know why he said that because her herself has upgraded her contract and has been waiting for 3 weeks for her phone. So that basically means that I was **** to, to make a sale. Since Monday I have been trying to cancel my contract as I am appauled by the service I as a customer for more than 10yrs have been receiving and my calls have been cut, put through to Rate the service I am been given when nothing has been resolved, I was then asked to please give them a day to fix and come back to me. Yesterday 3rd December I received a call back but not giving me what I originally agreed upon and was told that he has other calls to deal with and will get back to me as soon as he can, another day has passed and nothing again, I have now received another SMS saying my order has been received by courier and I can expect delivery within 72 work hours, God alone knows what is been dispatched as the contract has still not been confirmed or the device so again I try to call vodacom customer care and to my surprise I am now temporarily blocked due to my high call volume to customer care to avoid *****...given another number to call with a charge of R2 per minute. Like I have not wasted enough of my time now my money as well! I really am so disappointed with Vodacom and wish to cancel and move to another service provider!

This response that a consultant will contact me is honestly not good enough.I have been waiting for your consultant to contact me since the 3rd December and I have been having this back and forth since the 29th November, and have a device been dispatched to me which I never agreed to. This matter needs to be dealt with immediately.
