Upgrade nightmare
I did an upgrade over the phone after Vodacom upgrade department phoned me. We agreed on a package and the final cost. The next day(14/10/2021) I found out that they added extra costs and packages to the contract without me knowing it.(See *****) I phoned trying to cancel it as soon as I found out. This seems to be impossible.No one can cancel it, I spent more than 3 hours on the phone with all the call centres. Not one step closer. Beware, companies changing the contract details afterwards, must be hardup for business if they are willing to de***** people to get a few extra bucks. Will definately be moving all my phones and company phones to hopefully a more honest company. BEWARE

18 Oct 2021, 10:21It is 4 days later, one consultant phoned me and promised me the moon and starts.Still nothing. It has not even been logged on the system.Got thru to cancellations, they tell me they cannot do cancellations,after every call center put me thru to them as they have to do the cancellation.I have spent more than 7 hours on the phone up till today with this useless, *********** company and yet they cannot help me. Easy for them to put extras on the contract without your knowledge, but when they are caught out, no one can help you. I have been a Vodacom customer for more than 20 years, but I can see why people is moving away from them. Believe me vodacom, I will be a walking adverti*****t for you wherever I go, and it will not be a good one.Looks like the only way to cancel the contract will be to block the debit order and move my number to any other network. Vodacom, the next reply I will start posting all the names of the peolple I spoke to, making all the empty promises on your behalf(lying for you). Cant you just solve this as you say you will. What will make you wake up, must I go to the police station and lay a case of ***** against you? As this is what you are currently doing and your own recordings will be used against you. Wake up.
