Upgrade Nightmare
<p>A month ago I've upgraded to the package where you get the Sony Experia phone with a Playstation 4. Till date I have not yet received the playstation 4. I believe it's false advertising as the add should have said "Upgrade.....but wait more than a month for your playstation 4" I am furious as there is a reason as to why someone upgrades to these deals. No one keeps you updated as to when the playstations can be expected. No communication from vodacom at all!!!! I would really like to know WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY PLAYSTATION 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

It has now almost been 2 months and I have not yet received my PS4 . Everytime I go to the vodashop in the east rand mall, I get told that I should enquire the following week. When I return the following week, I get told to return the following week. Vodacom FALSLY advertised a contract package which I fell for not knowing I will have this much trouble in getting my PS4. Please vodacom, I want my PS4 even if you have to buy it from Game or somewhere, I want my PS4. I thing the next step to follow is to report them for false advsertising. I've now had enough!!!!!!!!
