Upgrade Nightmare

Good day

I upgraded my contract via the Vodacom Online Upgrade site on the 13th Jan 2017. I transfered my apps etc from my old phone to the new one only to release that the upgrade package did not include a Nano SIM. On Tuesday 24th i called 111 and after speaking to 4 different people in 4 different departments,(which by the way 2 of them was not pleasant to speak to, not proffesional in any sense) i eventually got some assistance.

i was told to email ********** and request the Correct SIM. I did so and i have not received any acknowledgement email or any feedback since. I called into 111 again this morning and the service is even worse than before. No one not even your customer care department could even help me... which leads to think why do you have a Customer Care department. i eventaully once again got through the "Supposedly" the correct department only to get cut of 3 times when one of your agents answers the phone.

if this is your idea of greta service , i cannot understand how the hell you have so many Vodacom customers in your book.

ithe entire point of upgrading online was to avoid going into a mall and waiting to be assisted by one of your shop staff. so what will be the point of me going in to buy the sim and then asking you for a refund?

you boast a great self service / online portal, however if i still need to go to shop what is the point??????

i have been a Vodacom customer ever since i received my first cellphone. after the service i have received fro myour call centre staff i can very easily move away.

What on earth do i need to do get this damn SIM - which was Supposed to be sent in the first place - clearly quality control isnt a strong point eiether. i am currently paying for a contract on a Handset that is still sitting in its box.

HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
