Upgrade Nightmare

I initially contacted Vodacom Upgrades end October 2016 to upgrade to a Huawei P9 Lite using the same package I'm currently using. She has a problem issuing a micro sim required for the cellphone, which is free, as per the upgrade information provided by the Vodacom website. She was unsure if my cellphone uses a microsim. The consultant advised me to go to a vodacom outlet to obtain a replacement sim for which I would have to pay. I obviously advised her to rather fix problem she is encountering and send replacement sim with the upgrade cellphone. I was told by the consultant to wait 2-3days for delivery. I waited more than a week, then called again for assistance. The consultant advised me that my previous upgrade request was cancelled! I requested the upgrade be processed, whereby I was advised that the deal I requested is no longer available. The Uchoose package will now only offer me R150 airtime with a contract monthly premium of R299. The package I'm currently on, Uchoose200, was available at the time. I requested that the offer I originally requested to be upgraded to must be given. The consultant confirmed that it will be given, after placing me on hold for a number of times. I again have to wait 2-3days. More than a week later, I again call today to follow up. The consultant at Fusion, whom have been handling my upgrade, advised me she will call back due to system problems, and this after a 25 minute call, and placing me a number of times on hold!! I've had it. This is the most disgusting service I've been given by Vodacom for the more than 15 years I've been using their network. I've been an employee of both Vodacom and Fusion (WNS), and I've never provided such **** service to any of my clients. Vodacom you have just lost a long standing client, and I guess you will be losing even more market share to Telkom and Cell C. Vodacom you are definitely digging your own grave. It is a shame as I love the brand....
