Upgrade nightmare

I have received terrible service from vodacom since I upgraded.... I am trying to send the handset back as I was assured when doing upgrade that the phone I had chosen is comparable with Google.... It is not! 3 phone calls and loads of empty promises for the courier to come and collect the phone. Every time I call I get told my calls were never logged or escalated. Vodacom please respond.
