Upgrade nightmare

I was an autopage client and I downgraded from a 2 GB contract with a device to a 2GB contract without a device. I phone Autopage twice about a device payment that I was still being billed for and they said that they will rectify it on their side. The billing of the device were suppose to be stopped in February, but today 6 months later I am still being billed for a device payment. I phone Vodacom asking them to take off the device payment that are being billed and they said that they are not able to take it off as they need my last Autopage statement to view the services that I was billed for.

I phone Autopage and the company no longer exists. I logged enquiries at Vodacom (S3-G07AG-GYSW) and S3-G302J-JGH9C) and the enquiries were closed without providing me with feedback. Yesterday I spoke to Ashiwe at Vodacom ref: ********** 19 (probable a **** name and reference) and she said that she will sent a email to a contact person at Autopage who will email me the last statement. I phoned today and I was informed that the person I spoke to yesterday **** and that they are not able to request for statement to be sent to me.

I was suppose to pay only R99.00 for a contract and I am billed monthly with an amount of R350.00. This is unacceptable and I am only complaining now because I dont know what else to do. The service at Vodacom is pathetic and I would never ever again take out a contract at Vodacom.
