Upgrade issues

I was liable to upgrade o the 24th February 2017. I proceeded to the website on the 26th to do my upgrade of which I submitted and requested them to contact me as I had some questions and the online chat was unavailable. I waited three days for them to contact me, which to me is pathetic for sales service. After clarifying my tweo questions I had the consultant then said they could help me process my request. As I had already entered all the information i needed on the website I found it disguting that I had to start the process again of what I would like to upgrade to. Eventually I got this processed not to mention the time wasted on getting the information captured again. I was told that I would get a followup call to dicuss the terms and conditions which a already accepted on the website. (I never recieved this call) I did however recieve a follow-up call to let me know that the colour phone I requested is no longer available for the bundle but if I took another bundle for a higher amount I could get the colour phone I wanted. This again is terrible sales service as I am the customer and hen I seleted it on the website it said it was available now it is not!!! Eventually after a lot of discussion I accepted a different colour phone. To date I have not recieved any correspondance that my upgrade has been successful which was submitted on Wednesday 1st March. I have now gone back to the website and gone through the whole upgrade process again of selecting the colour phone I want which is available and once again I cannot process the request without someone contacting me!! Why must someone contat me if I have sumitted the request on the website??? Here's waiting for them to contact me again and prolonging my upgrade time period once again....!!
