Upgrade Issues

I have been a platinum Vodacom customer for many years. They informed me that I have two upgrades pending in February. I have been trying to actually get the two devices out of them for the last month now and have been frustrated with the most astonishing bureaucratic bungling. I still don't have the devices and now want to change my service provider.
