Upgrade Issue
I tried to upgrade my existing contract online and app**** to upgrade to a contract with a value of R1929 over 36 months. I received a notification that I do not qualify for the deal due to my credit profile. Then I was offered to see available deals for you based on your profile....These deals started from R2159 and went up to R3100 over 36 months. So how can I not qualitfy for a lesser amount contract? When vodacom states that I cannot qualify for a R1929 contract but deals available for me cost more than the deal that I want to upgrade to?

10 Feb 2025, 17:24 Thank you for your feedback, Vodacom. As a RED VVIP customer for years, I have diligently maintained my payment history without a single missed payment. Yet, when I sought an upgrade, I was confronted with exorbitant offers that simply do not reflect my loyalty. How is it reasonable for my contract phone to cost nearly R96,000? Even under debt review, my commitment remains steadfast. The same phone online costs R1,200 over three years, while your offer starts at R2,000 over four years. This disparity raises questions about how loyal customers are valued. I urge you to reconsider pricing strategies to better support dedicated clients like myself.
