Upgrade issue

<p>Hi, I am looking for urgent assistance from someone at Vodacom. I have a complaint about a recent upgrade and seem to be getting no assistance from your customer care.</p> <p>I was informed that I qualify for an early upgrade, however now I am being charged double. I was not informed that I would have to pay for two contracts. I have been calling the customer care department for the past 3 weeks, each time I call I get told the issue will be resolved in 48 hours and I will get feedback, which I don't. There are never any supervisors or managers to assist.</p> <p>The Ref No: 1-***88 66. I have been with vodacom for over 10 years and believe the service I am getting is unacceptable.
