Upgrade issue

I received a call a couple of days ago from Vodacom reminding me of my upgrade and the guy that called me said he wasn’t sure that they had stock of the P30 lite 2020 (Breathing Crystal) but however he will call me back after verifying stock and sign me up as well as give me 24 months 2GB complimentary data (R499)he never did, now today I received a call from a 031 number again claiming to be Vodacom, the lady offers me a sim only contract and I advised I would like a handset as well, she told me she is checking stock etc,then later advises me that it shows I haven’t been paying my account well, therefore it only shows “low end phones” I do not qualify for the P30lite 2020....how can that be as I have never missed a payment???
