Upgrade is impossible
Impossible to upgrade as no agent has access to my whole profile. Phones me.. I confirm.. has to phone me again.. I confirm. Then get an SMS.. no stock. Then we try again.. but the agent can't confirm stock availability at any stage. So around and round we go.. agents are rude and don't listen.
