Upgrade is a hoaks

In July I did a upgrade I spoke to consultant and we agreed about the monthly payments of R469 as per contract 2 weeks after I received the package via RAM couriers I was excited I opened to make sure all was there as per contract 2 days after I received an sms with the amount now stating R599 monthly payment I immediately contacted vodacom and enquired and was informed that if I'm not satisfied they will collect the package which I agreed I re sealed up everything and waited for them to collect it then I received an email stating that my monthly payment will be R649 I made so much call to vodacom and one consultant after another consultant told me within 7 to 14 days collection then it went onto a week and look its September the package is still with me revealed nd yet I payed my old contract payment still I called vodacom again on the 20th again I was told a consultant will call me a gentleman I spoke to was THABISO why is Vodacom so unprofessional its frustrating to see ads on tv but they just don't care about there customer at all I hope I get feedback soon
