UPGRADE INCOMPLETE

I recently upgraded my Vodacom contract via the internet. The bundle included a handset and smart watch. The bundle also indicated the items were in stock. In fact the handset was in, not the smart watch. More than a month has gone by and the best I can get from them is that they will send me the device when it arrive. No idea on ETA or anything. Shocking service to a customer who has been with them since May 1994 - 21 years.
