To whom it may concern Two of our upgrades were completed last week. We were informed that the delivery would take place 10 October 2017 via RAM couriers. A tracking number was supp**** and we were tracking the delivery. After no updates on the RAM tracking facility, we contact them only to be told that the courier truck was hijacked. After contacting the Vodacom call centre on numerous occasions, we have been informed that we need to wait for RAMs insurance to be paid over to Vodacom and only thereafter will we receive our upgrades. This is unacceptable as this can take months!!! Why should we as clients suffer, surely Vodacom has sufficient phones to supply and they can wait for the insurance to pay out! Vodacom complains if you dont pay them on time and cut your line off but we must wait for them with upgrades!!!
