Upgrade headache

<p>Making use of Vodacom Online to get my upgrade, based on the saving of R290 connection fee and 'FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY', I am not sitting at the end of the work week with no resolve. I initiated the process on Monday, 12 Dec. Buy Wednesday I had heard nothing, so I phoned to enquire the status. To my surprise there was no record of the upgrade that I performed on Monday (I also record calls, so I have record of this upgrade being telephonically processed).</p> <p> </p> <p>I then went through the upgrade procedure again. Sadly though the upgrade is still in a Pending Confirmation state and absolutely nothing can be done. I tried to cancel the online upgrade so that I could go to a local branch and get the upgrade there, but even that is not permitted. When calling ********** , they tell me they can do nothing. When I call ********** 4, they tell me they can do nothing. When I ask if I can call confirmations to find out what is happening or to cancel the upgrade, they say 'No, they will phone you'. The problem is that they are not contacting me and nothing can happen untiul they do. Basically the entire account seems to be in lockdown until the elusive Confirmations Department decides to move forwards with a decision.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where to from now as all my options seem to have been exhausted?</p>
