upgrade handset not delivered on time

highly disappointed with Vodacom for not ensuring that RAM delivers my upgrade handset on time. RAM has had my handset since the 9th Oct 2015 and no one has bothered to update me on the pending delivery. I am no longer interested in taking the upgrade with Vodacom<br> <br> Please cancel this upgrade ref: number is U876212 <br> <br> Tholakele from call center 1959 could not assist me with cancelling this upgrade and there was no team leader available to take my call, I was told all team leaders were engaged in a meeting.
