Upgrade gone wrong (BIS to LTE)

Upgraded my Vodacell contract via telecom (04Feb16) from Blackberry to Huawei smartphone. Received same on 09Feb16. On 10 Feb 16 I requested call centre help since my new cell wasn't working. I never received a SIM swap - and after difficulty the swap was performed & I had to purchase a data bundle (still no internet). On 11Feb16 I was told by Blairgowrie Vodashop that I have minutes, sms's & data to use so, all was in working order. Yet, I had to request the BIS be removed. Can't believe I had to explain to Vodacom that changing over to a Huawei smartphone meant that I would no longer require or be able to use BIS! After all this - still not data service. Visited the Vodashop in Nicolway today and was told that the \internet inhibitor\" was activated - the reason I could not access the internet. 3 Hours later I requested an update and was told I reached my \"call limit\" and that this needed to be increased. I deactivated the call limit service. I STILL don't have internet service. My bill for Jan16 states I have to pay for BIS service, once-off DATA bundle & the new contract amount. I DON'T HAVE A BLACKBERRY ANYMORE AND NO INTERNET SERVICE on my HUAWEI! VERY disappointed!!!!"
