Upgrade gone wrong
I have added my name on the preorder list for a new iphone XR. Agent phoned me on 26 Oct 2018 very exited to tell me that i can upgrade to an iphone XR. I said it is fine and we proceed. It is now almost 2 weeks later and i still do not have the phone because they are out of stock. How can you phone customer when you know that you are out of stock. Bad service!

16 Nov 2018, 09:21After waiting for another week i gave in on Wednesday (14 Nov) and ask Vodacom to send me a 128GB iphone XR @R50 extra a month because they do not have stock of 64GB in Red. I gave them the delivery address and what happend they gave the address wrongly to RAM couriers. Vodacom corrected it yesterday and i though it would be out for delivery only to find out Vodacom have not contaced RAM couries. This is absolute ^%$^*& service Vodacom. If i do not have my phone delivered today i am cancelling my contract with Vodacom. I am done with &^&**& service.
