Upgrade gone wrong
<p>My Number was suppose to be canncelled after Vodacom could not prosess my upgrade due to thier technical difficulties.</p> <p>Its now 2 months later , the number is prepaid but they charge me for the contract . They say the upgrade has been done but i never received the handset. Very unprofesional.</p>
