Upgrade given but not received
I have a 3G wifi ****le that is now out of warranty and has stopped working. I went into a vodacom store to ask for an upgrade of my device and they said I already had a \no device upgrade\". What sort of nonsense is this. I am happy to pay for the upgrade of my device but why should I be denied an upgrade when I am due one on this contract. This is rediculous!!!!"
