Upgrade frustrations

I recently reached the point where I was eligible for an upgrade with Vodacom, but my experience has been anything but smooth. Unlike previous times when I could easily upgrade instore, this time I was informed that I must handle the upgrade through Vodacom's head office.

My frustration stems from past experiences with Vodacom's online orders through head office, which were far from satisfactory. I have faced numerous issues with online orders in the past, and I was hoping to avoid these problems by upgrading instore, where I have always had a better experience. Unfortunately, Vodacom's insistence on handling the upgrade through head office has left me feeling stuck and dissatisfied.

To make matters worse, despite several attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to see any progress or satisfactory resolution from Vodacom. The lack of flexibility and effective customer support has made this process extremely frustrating.

I hope Vodacom can address these issues promptly and offer a more seamless and customer-friendly upgrade experience in the future. For now, my experience has been disappointing, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with their upgrade processes
