Upgrade Frustration overload
Vodacom - your online upgrade functionality sucks!!! I've been trying to upgrade on one of my 3 contracts for days on end now . The system isn't effective and and I am unable to even view upgrade deals . I have tried the online chat for assistance as well , only to be cut off from the chat half way through trying to explain my problem . Also requested a call back - been 3 days - no call back . Do something about your customer service !!
