UPGRADE FROM 100% to 0%

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW WITH A VERY HEAVY HART

ON 5/11/2021 I "UPGRADED" MY CELL TO SAMSUNG SM-Flip.

I was informed that it is a much better device that i currently have, after the signing of the contract, I saw that there was a special that I was not informed about, I was told that I cannot get it because the contract is already done, I have to buy it cash!!!

As I was handed the device I was informed that the charger will be at a extra cost it is not included in the package. I bought the charger from the VODACOM SHOP.

I came home charged the device to 100%. On using the phone I picked up that it was losing battery power extremely quickly without any apps running in the background. from 100% to 40% within 30 minutes. I called the shop and they told me to bring the device in within 7 days. Today 9/11/2021 I went in, they told me that I cannot get a exchange it will be send in for repairs and that it will take 14 days, I asked if they could perhaps.... in that case .... help me out with a device..... you will think I am joking if I have to tell you!!!!

I have been mislead and deceived by Vodacom. I was in contact with SAMSUNG they assured me that it is there policy for a refund or exchange within 7 days.

There was absolutely no compassion what so ever from the management at the store of Vodacom, Although the technician at the store told me how sorry he felt for me and that he really thought that I am being treated well. He also promised to back up all my data for me. Hopefully it will be a success.

My fear is that is this UPGRADE my frustration for the next 2 years!!

Can anyone reading this message please refer me to Management of Vodacom, I really cannot deal with TOBI!!
