Upgrade *****

I have an existing contract with Vodacom, bought a laptop almost 2 yrs ago. I am due for an upgrade and went to Alberton Vodacom4u store to upgrade on 17 Feb 18 & I was told "I had upgraded at Vodacom4u in Potchefstroom on 3 Feb 18. I requested a copy of the contract I allegedly signed and it was a quote which was only signed by the ********* and no co-signature from the consultant who assisted with the deal and a **** ID was attached. The picture on the ID was so dark I'm not sure how that store authenticated that person. I was told to report the matter to the police and obtain an affidavit which I did and I also opened a case. On 21 Feb 18 I received an sms from Vodacom17 that they have received my dispute and it was being investigated. I then received another SMS stating my dispute has been investigated & refund request to be processed and loaded to my account within 14 working days with a ref: EC-1J6P-3KH0BZ. I went to Vodacom Alberton to show them the SMS and also to upgrade. I was told the *****ulant upgrade was still reflecting on my name and they couldnt help me until it was removed. The consultant Puseletso phoned accounts dept ********** & they asked him why was he calling them and not legal dept. He told them the SMS I received had their number as a contact. He then phoned legal and he was just put through from one person to another. I left the store without doing an upgrade because no one at Vodacom could provide him with a straight answer! I have been a loyal customer for 24 months and this is the treatment I get!! I was told this matter would be sorted out within 48 hours of reporting the matter. It has been 2 weeks!! I have not heard from anyone from Vodacom, their legal number keeps on ringing and I am a frustrated customer. I am not going to PAY the ********** installment for a phone I didn't buy.
